At JJ Education Academy, we are committed to transparency and user satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any donation or payment through our website.
1. Donations (Voluntary Contributions)
All donations made to JJ Education Academy are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation has been made, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
We request donors to carefully review the donation amount and purpose before proceeding with the transaction.
2. Course / Program Registration (If Applicable)
If you have registered for any paid course, training program, workshop, or event organized by JJ Education Academy and wish to cancel, please contact us within 48 hours of payment.
Refunds for course or program registrations may be processed only if the cancellation request is received before the program starts or as per the specific terms shared during registration.
Processing charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Duplicate Transactions
In case of any duplicate payment, please contact us immediately.
Upon verification, the excess amount will be refunded through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
Any transaction fee or payment gateway charge applied during payment processing will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. Disputes and Grievances
If you face any issue regarding donations, registrations, or payments, you may raise your concern by contacting us.
We aim to resolve all queries and concerns within 3–5 business days.
